Warranty

Once the product has had a tire installed, we cannot exchange it or take it back for a refund. Our fitment guarantee is based on you ordering the right wheel and us receiving the correct make and model information. Please inspect the product when you receive them.  If there is any shipping damage or rare quality issues that we missed, contact us immediately by email with pictures, or by phone.

We inspect all automotive wheels and other products that enter our warehouse, and maintain rigorous quality standards on all our OEM-replica wheels. We have a 30-day return policy. All our products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. 

Shipping & Delivery Details

Free shipping is included in the price of each product (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). All orders completed by 5:30pm Eastern Monday through Friday are shipped out the same business day. Orders completed over the weekend will be sent out the next business day.

Our standard shipping is FedEx Home Delivery. This applies to the 48 continental states. Packages generally take between 1-5 business days. We are not responsible for any delays that are out of our control, including holidays and weather delays.

Important Note Regarding Tire Size Fitment

Are you asking yourself: “Will this rim fit my tire?”

That’s a great question. An easy way to answer this is by looking at your tire and finding the letter “R“. For example :

  • R14= 14″ Tire (fits a 14″ rim)
  • R15= 15″ Tire (fits a 15″ rim)
  • R16= 16″ Tire (fits a 16″ rim)
  • R17= 17″ Tire (fits a 17″ rim)
  • R18= 18″ Tire (fits a 18″ rim)
  • R19= 19″ Tire (fits a 19″ rim)
  • R20= 20″ Tire (fits a 20″ rim)
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange.
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, as long as the wheel remains in the same condition as it was received.
If any mistake is made by us or if your order is damaged during shipping, we will cover shipping both ways and you will NOT be charged a restocking fee.
You will only be subject to pay for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee when you ordered wrong or no longer need your order.

We won’t accept returns if the wheels were:

  • Mounted to a tire;
  • Mounted to a vehicle;
  • Installed a valve stem on the wheel;
  • Installed wheel weights to the wheel;
  • Painted or sanded;
  • Damaged from an attempted installation or balancing.
Wheels must be returned with the original packaging.
